Sixty Six Oilfield Services, Inc. Announces Debt Forgiveness and Answers Stockholder Questions

NEW YORK, March 09, 2018 -- Via OTC PR Wire -- Sixty Six Oilfield Services, Inc. (OTCBB:SSOF) has been advised by an affiliated holder of the Company's convertible debt that the holder is forgiving the debt incurred in 2015 and 2016 plus accrued and unpaid interest. All of the convertible debt totaling approximately $400,000 in principal was incurred prior to the Company's acquisition of its oilfield services business in 2017, and all that currently remains is approximately $62,000 principal amount of convertible debt. This debt is held by a non-affiliate and additionally, accrued and unpaid interest will remain outstanding and subject to conversion.Dave T. OKLAHOMA CITY and SAN JOSE, Calif., March 8, 2018 -- OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE) electric utility subsidiary Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OG&E) and SunPower Corp. (NASDAQ: SPWR) today announced completion of a 10-megawatt (AC) solar photovoltaic power plant in Covington, Okla. Approximately 85 jobs were created during peak construction of the facility.

U.S. Home Flipping Increases To 11-Year High In 2017 With More Than 200,000 Homes Flipped For The Second Straight Year

IRVINE, Calif., March 8, 2018 -- ATTOM Data Solutions, curator of the nation's premier property database, today released its Q4 and Year-End 2017 U.S. Home Flipping Report, which shows that 207,088 U.S. single family homes and condos were flipped in 2017, up 1 percent from the 204,167 home flips in 2016 to the highest level since 2006 — an 11-year high.
The 207,088 homes flipped in 2017 represented 5.9 percent of all single family home and condo sales during the year, up from 5.7 percent of all sales in 2016 to the highest level since 2013.
A total of 138,410 entities (individuals and institutions) flipped homes in 2017, up 4 percent from the 133,407 entities that flipped in 2016 to the highest level since 2007 — a 10-year high.
"The surge in home flipping in the last three years is built on a more fundamentally sound foundation than the flipping frenzy that we witnessed a little more than a decade ago," said Daren Blomquist, senior vice president at ATTOM Data Solutions....
